About This Statement

 

Korgi Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

This statement applies to korgiboard.com and the Korgi Board application, including the board interface, card editing, and all associated pages. It was prepared on April 10, 2026 and will be reviewed at minimum every 12 months.

Korgi Inc is committed to facilitating the accessibility and usability of its website for people with disabilities. Korgi Inc has taken steps to improve the accessibility of this website to all users including those with special needs such as visual, hearing, cognitive and motor impairments. Korgi Inc is committed to monitoring the website going forward to ensure that it remains accessible to all individuals and provides an equal and fair experience for all users.

 

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2

 

Wherever possible, Korgi Inc site will adhere to a conformance level of AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2). These guidelines outline four main principles that state that sites should be:

           Perceivable – Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive

           Operable – User interface components and navigation must be operable

           Understandable – Information and the operation of user interface must be understandable

           Robust – Content must be robust enough that it can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies

           JavaScript / jQuery (for progressive enhancement and remediation patches)

 

Assistive Technologies Tested

           NVDA with Chrome (Windows)

           VoiceOver with Chrome (macOS)

Legal Compliance

 

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) — United States

Korgi Inc. acknowledges obligations under Title III of the ADA as interpreted by federal courts to include digital services. We are actively remediating our platform to conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the standard generally accepted by courts as the applicable technical benchmark.

European Accessibility Act (EAA) — European Union

The EAA (Directive 2019/882) came into force on June 28, 2025. Korgi Inc. is committed to meeting EN 301 549 (which incorporates WCAG 2.2 AA) for all users in EU member states. This accessibility statement satisfies the EAA requirement to publish a public accessibility statement with a feedback mechanism.
